VisaPhoto terms of use
By using VisaPhoto you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Not a government service
VisaPhoto is an independent app made by Dartboard Technologies. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any embassy, consulate, passport office, VFS Global, BLS International or any other government body.
No guarantee of acceptance
The app frames and checks your photo against the published rules for the document you choose, but the issuing authority makes the final decision. Read the official guidance for your application. We are not responsible for a photo being rejected.
Credits and the yearly pass
- Previews are free. Saving or sharing a finished document uses one credit. Saving the same document again is free.
- Credits are bought through Google Play, belong to the app you bought them in, and do not expire.
- The yearly pass gives unlimited downloads in that app for one year and renews automatically through Google Play unless you cancel it in the Play Store at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Prices are shown in the app before you pay and include applicable taxes.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. If something went wrong with a document you paid for, email dartboardt@gmail.com within 7 days and we will put it right or help you get a refund. Credits refunded through Google Play are removed from your balance.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to make documents that are false, that impersonate someone, or that you do not have the right to make. Do not attempt to get around payments or interfere with our servers.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
