Delete your account and data
In the app (fastest)
- Open the app and tap the settings icon at the top of the home screen.
- Tap Delete account and data, then confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email dartboardt@gmail.com from the Google account you linked, with the subject "Delete my account" and the app's name. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account id, linked Google email, credit balance and credit history.
- Our copy of your purchase records. Google Play keeps its own record of each payment, which you can see in your Google account.
Unused credits are lost when you delete your account. Deleting does not cancel a yearly pass: cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. Photos and documents were never on our servers; they stay on your phone until you delete them.
